1. Punctuality is Key: Please respect a 10-minute grace period for both parties. If you're running late, let us know so we can inform other customers.

2. Don't keep the barber waiting: Please arrive 10-15 minutes early so we don't have to wait and all appointments can proceed on time

3. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your appointment up to 2 hours before the scheduled time.

4. Call to Cancel: Please cancel via phone call rather than text, as we may not be able to monitor messages during busy periods.

5. Fresh and Clean Hair: For the best experience, please arrive with freshly washed hair without any products. This helps maintain our equipment and ensures a great haircut.

6. Booking Limit: You can make up to 2 bookings in advance. After 2  cancellations, further bookings will not be accepted.

7. One appointment per person: If you need to book for an extra person make a separate booking please.

8. NO SHOW: If you don't cancel your appointment, an extra €15 will be added to your next appointment. Otherwise, you will no longer be welcome.

9. KIDS < 3 Year old: Please contact us by phone to make a proper appointment for the little ones! :-)
